Dennis Blackburn founded his Aviation Services organization in 1977. Today, Corporate Concepts International, Inc. is recognized a leading aviation service company with its unique brand of boutique services. Dennis started his aviation career with US airlines and then with a US fortune 20 company’s corporate aviation program. CCI has managed and operated corporate aircraft and helicopters under Part 91, Part 135 and Part 121, including the founding and certification of TransMeridian airlines who operated both Boeing and Airbus aircraft internationally and domestically. Today, CCI limits it list of services to aircraft acquisitions, sales, appraisals, operational audits, expert witness engagements, new product development, and advisory/consulting projects. As President of CCI, Dennis is responsible for the collected performance and services of CCI. Over the past 35+ years the company has been successfully involved in dynamic projects in every corner of the world. Dennis is an ATP licensed pilot, holds a Master’s Degree from Bradley University, completed an Executive Education Program at Dartmouth University’s Amos Tuck School of Business and has published numerous articles dealing with corporate aviation management. Dennis has presented annual valuation and appraisal seminars for some of the largest and most active aircraft finance companies. Today Dennis focus is on achieving specific client center objectives for his domestic and international customers and the development of new products for the corporate marketplace.

Fernando brings to his client base in Mexico and all Latin America, Central America, and South America an extensive corporate aviation background. Fernando was the Director of Aviation for a major, large fleet operate in Mexico and has extensive international experience. He has represented buyers with new aircraft manufacturer as well as previous owned aircraft and helicopters. His expertise in managing both large fixed wing aircraft and large corporate helicopters has given his clients access to Fernando’s professional first-hand experience. Additionally, Fernando’s formal training as a CPA and experience as a CFO helps in presentation of real cost factors that are important not to overlook.

Geoff is an established and proven expert in international aircraft sales, leasing, and finance that blends his technical and finance expertise with his multi-culture experience to complement both aircraft sales, acquisitions, and finance requirements.
Geoff provides dynamic and proven leadership to the International Service Programs for CCI clients worldwide.
Prior to joining Corporate Concepts International Geoff Kaufman led an international sales initiative that he helped launched with one of the largest corporate aircraft finance organization in the world. Prior to Geoff’s 14 + successful years in international finance he spent six years working for a Swiss aircraft sales and management company supporting aircraft acquisitions and sales requirements for accounts in the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Geoff graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Aeronautical Science and began his career with the leading corporate aviation trade journal. He holds a multi-engine commercial & instrument pilot license.
Today Geoff serves previous and new clients in Europe, Middle East, and other international locations with his expertise and experience to achieve their aircraft acquisition and sales objectives, aircraft financing, and advisory services. Additionally Geoff has completed the requirements for performing comprehensive aircraft appraisals and expert witness services.

Larry's corporate and air carrier career has spanned almost three generations. He has held and served in various technical leadership positions in the repair and maintenance of aircraft and helicopters, completion of virtually every model jet from the small jets to Boeing Business Jets and 767's. Larry is an FAA certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with FAA Inspector Authorization. Larry has delivered his services to clients throughout North America as well as on every continent.
Larry's leadership as the Program Leader for Technical Services brings to the CCI team the technical and engineering perspective on pre purchase inspection definition, management and test flights. He has managed and protected the clients best interest on new build aircraft from when the wings are first mated and power first added to the first flight. On site Larry and the CCI team are there to be sure no used parts or contaminated systems are installed, the workmanship is to the highest standards and the delivery schedule is kept on time line. Under Larry's strictest supervision CCI clients are insured of the highest quality technical services in aircraft and helicopter acquisitions, sales, completions, modifications, evaluations/appraisals and expert witness work.

Mr. Zarnik has a comprehensive corporate, airline and military jet operational experience complemented with extensive aircraft finance and international business development experience. With over 26 years in the aviation industry, he currently is serving a diverse client base to achieve their corporate and airline sales, acquisition, and operational objectives. As Program Director in the MENA and ASIAN areas, Chris brings a fresh expertise as he serves corporate, individual and institutional clients with their sale, acquisition and financing needs.
Prior to this position, Chris Zarnik was the Director of Business Development and one of three original founding members of a boutique asset based corporate aviation finance company. Chris' expertise was instrumental in the development and success of their one billion dollar origination platform. Chris’ operational experience as a Command Pilot in numerous Boeing and Airbus air carrier aircraft, blended with his corporate aircraft finance knowledge, and aircraft sales experience allows him a diverse set of skills to delivery client center service to CCI’s clients.
Chris started his aviation career in service his country as a 1986 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Systems Administration with a minor in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX.
